I live and work in Northeast Nebraska, especially around the Lewis and Clark Lake Recreational area. That is why I specialize in recreational property. The Lewis and Clark Lake is formed on the Missouri River by Gavins Point Dam. The Lake is about 28 miles long and 1-2.5 miles wide. The Lewis and Clark Lake extends West from Gavins Dam. It includes such areas as Weigand Marina, Burbach Recreational Area, Bloomfield Area, and Miller Creek Recration Area. It extends past the famous Devils Nest area, Santee and more.
History is everywhere in this area. The Lewis and Clark Trail, The Outlaw Trail, and Private George Shannon Trail, all wander through here. The James brothers, and friends, loved this hideaway area, so will you.
This area is reknown for it's recreational opportunities. From boating, fishing, swimming, and golfing, to hunting. But, especially for its wildlife, and the beauty that abounds throughout the entire area. There are fishing tournaments held on the lake in the summer and fall, as well as festivals, fairs and other places and happenings of interest. Also, there are "Shannon Trail" geocachers hidden throughout the area's towns; so bring your GPS and small treasures to exchange for others, along with your favorite toys.
Join us for great recreation, or just relax and watch the fantastic sunsets. This is a fast growing area, yet affordable property is still available. Buy for now and for investment in a great future. Just call or e-mail me for more information.
